These Additional Terms detail the additional terms and conditions which apply to your use of the Times Higher Education platform, website and related services (¡°Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¡±) and should be read in conjunction with our General Terms and Conditions (¡°General Terms¡±). The legal agreements set out below govern your use of Ï㽶ÊÓƵ and detail the contracts between users of Ï㽶ÊÓƵ and us.

2. Please read both these Additional Terms and the General Terms carefully before using any part of Ï㽶ÊÓƵ. By using Ï㽶ÊÓƵ and/or any of the Websites or Services, you agree to the General Terms and any Additional Terms applicable, including these Additional Terms. Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in these Additional Terms have the meaning given to them in the General Terms.

3. These Additional Terms and the General Terms (and any additional agreements referred to or contemplated in each of the foregoing) represent the entire agreement between us and you. In the event of a conflict of the General Terms, the terms of these Additional Terms shall prevail over General Terms.

4. Without prejudice to our powers under the General Terms, you agree that we at our sole discretion, without notice to you, may: (i) terminate or amend the General Terms or these Additional Terms and/or any user¡¯s account; and/or (ii) preclude any user¡¯s access to the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ website(s) (or any part thereof), and seek any other lawful remedy available.

Joining Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Unijobs

Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Unijobs is a service to help you find the best possible next role. When Ï㽶ÊÓƵ's recruitment team is working to help a university fill a vacancy, it will check through relevant Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Unijobs member profiles to find the individuals who would most suit it. Your member profile information will only be in the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Unijobs if you have opted in. If you no longer want to be part of the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Unijobs simply update your preferences in user account preferences. Ï㽶ÊÓƵ does not share personally identifiable data with third parties for the purpose of providing the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Unijobs service such that your your Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Unijobs member profile is only visible to you, and is only visible to the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ recruitment teams if you have chosen to join the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Unijobs.
